Chicken corn soup is a soup made from chicken and boiled sweet corn , which is usually made by boiling it in water, with various other ingredients. Classic chicken corn soup consists of a clear chicken broth, often with chicken pieces and corn.

Ingredients:
- Chicken stock 6 cups
- Chicken boiled & shredded 1 & ½ cup
- Boiled sweet corn 1 & ½ cup
- Salt 1 tsp or to taste
- Water 1 cup + corn flour 4-5 tbs
- 2 Egg whites
- Black pepper powder to taste
Direction:
- Add chicken stock in a pot and bring it to boil.
- Add chicken and corn and cook for 8-10 mins.
- Add salt and black pepper.
- Add gradually water mix cornflour. Cook until desired thickness.
- Beat 2 egg whites and add , stirr continusally.
- Chicken corn soup is ready.
Serve:
- As per taste serve with soya sauce or chilli sauce.
