Fruit cream salad in a bowl


Ingredients:

  • Cream 250ml
  • Seasonal fruits 2 cup
  • Macaroni 1/2 cup
  • Boiled Corn 1/2 cup 
  • Mayonnaise 4 - 5 spoon
  • Dry fruit 4 - 6 tbs ( raisin, walnut or which you want)
  • Black pepper 1tbs
  • Caster sugar 1tps 
  • Salt according to taste

Direction:


  1. Bring a pan of water to boil. Add some salt.
  2. Add macaroni to the boiling water. Boil until cook. Add it in cold water, leave for 10 mins, strain.
  3. Now take a large bowl and transfer the boiled macaroni into bowl. 
  4. Add boiled corn and dry fruit into the same bowl. 
  5. Nicely dice all the fruits and gently toss them into bowl.
  6. Take a small bowl pour cream and also add mayonnaise, salt, black pepper and castor sugar , whisk together and pour over the salad and mix gently with spatula until the salad is well coated. 
  7. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours and serve cold.
